Inks
Every box is digitally printed in full CMYK color and cured with UV ink, giving your artwork a crisp and slight gloss look that will not fade or peel on the way. No minimum order requirement and fast turn-around times, you can create display boxes on demand, whether you need one box or a thousand. You have access to hundreds of free templates from which to design a mailer box that will impress your clients the moment they open it.
Our Materials
Every mailer is built from sturdy E-flute corrugated cardboard that is tough enough to withstand the bumps and drops of shipping. Our boxes are printed on a bright white exterior and interior, rather than kraft, so your colors stand out, not be muted by brown cardboard.

Our Process
We print your artwork in the best quality, 4 color CMYK process ink with UV curing. This ink is super-durable, won’t rub or fall off when touched. Our printers are calibrated according to SWOP, but because no two digital printers are exactly alike, we cannot guarantee a PMS match. Proof and Sample Options
If you are worried about missing a proof, here are three ways you can check the quality of your design before making a full run.
Color Test: You can take a color test to find the exact shade you are looking for with our color sampler. If you can’t find the color you need, just chat with one of our customer service representatives and we’ll see what we can do.
You are a rewriting assistant. Order a box of 1 for a proof. This will allow you to see your art printed on the actual box and will be the most effective way to see your artwork in print. Turnaround times will vary. Tell us if you have an urgency, and we’ll include it on your order.
Free Print or Blank Samples: For those that just want to feel the print and material quality or you just want an extra blank included with your proof order, please add a sample mailer box to your cart.
Product Guarantee
We are completely responsible for the quality of our mailer boxes. If you are ever dissatisfied, please call us. Our terms and conditions cover our refund and reprint policies. Since every product is 100% custom, our customers are responsible for the art file. If you are concerned about how your product will look, we recommend ordering a proof before placing your full order.
Sustainability Promise
We value our role in supporting green and sustainable practices. We buy raw materials from suppliers certified to the Sustainable Forestry Initiative (SFI), the largest single forest standard in the world, through rigorous research. Each mailing box we produce is made with at least 50% recycled material.
Shipping
All of our custom boxes are printed and shipped from our facilities in Terre Haute, IN. We use UPS Ground as our standard carrier. Boxes are packed in corrugated cartons no larger than 50 pounds each. You will receive an email once your order has been shipped. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking number to appear on your account. You can also request expedited shipping by clicking here.
